Release Form
Writers are advised to keep their own original copies of manuscripts as they will not be returned. We cannot be responsible for photographs or works of art which are not picked up by the end of the semester they are submitted.
We will notify contributors of acceptance or rejection. As in the commercial world of publishing, we are under no obligation to publish your work, nor are we obligated to critique your work. We do, however, give every submission careful consideration. Copyright remains with the contributor.
By submitting I am assuring the editor that I am submitting my own original work and I give permission to publish it. Further, I agree to allow a certain amount of editing to ensure suitability for publication.
In addition to being considered for both online and print publications, your submission will be considered for exhibit in additional, creative forms and expressions produced by The Phoenix.
